Indigenous Employee Retention Training

EKWA provides an Indigenous Workplace Sensitivity training course for Alberta businesses to participate in. It is 24 hours in length and can be customized to suit your business and the needs of the participants.

This program is eligible for the Canada-Alberta Job Grant but must be completed within one year of receiving the grant. At the end of the course, each recipient will receive a certificate of completion.

 If you are eligible for the Canada-Alberta-Job grant we can help you. Please check the links below to see if your business and employees qualify for this grant. We require at least 15 people to be enrolled ensuring quality and energy of the workshop.​
